The Pine Meadow Farms Homeowners Association shall promote a friendly neighborhood environment while assisting members in maintaining and enhancing their investment. This shall be accomplished through an elected board and volunteers that support a clean, crime free and happy neighborhood.
AS NEIGHBORS - We must respect each other and each others property. We are not only Association
members, we are neighbors.
VOLUNTEERS - Will be highly respected for going above and beyond just being residents in our community.
VALUE - We will maintain our neighborhood and strive to enhance the value of our community.
AS A COMMUNITY - We will care for our properties by keeping and maintaining the value of our homes by
abiding by the bylaws set forth by the PMFHA Board.
