Pine Meadow Farms is a self-managed Homeowners Association located in New Hartford, CT.
We are managed by resident volunteers elected by the homeowners. We are 64 homes/families
with a beautiful view of Ski Sundown, a popular skiing mountain - and within walking distance from
the Farmington River and the spectacular hiking trails of Nepaug State Forest.
